Financing Applications - How We Handle Your Financial Information

If you apply for in-house (Buy Here, Pay Here) financing through our online Purchase Application, we collect additional personal and financial information. Because we finance our own vehicle sales, we treat this information in line with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the FTC Safeguards Rule.

What we collect: your Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number and expiration, home address, employment and income details, bank name(s) and account type(s), personal references, your signature, and documents you upload (such as a driver’s license, proof of address, or pay stub).

Why we collect it: to verify your identity, evaluate your application, obtain a credit report and/or background report with your authorization, and set up and service your payment plan if approved.

How we protect it: sensitive fields (including your Social Security number, driver’s license, and bank details) are encrypted at rest. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and can only be opened by authorized staff through short-lived, access-controlled links. Access to application data is restricted to Quick Auto Sales staff who need it to process your application.

Who we share it with: only as needed to process your application - with consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) to obtain the report you authorized, with service providers that host and operate our systems, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it: we retain application information only as long as needed to evaluate and service your application or account, or as required by law, and we delete it on request where the law allows.
